About Us

Dora Flour Mills SAL “A Tradition of Fine Flour” is a family owned mill founded in 1960.


Dora Mills is a pioneer in the industry since it was the first mill to introduce bulk delivery in the Lebanese market and was one of the first mills to recognize the importance of quality systems and therefore to be certified ISO 9001:2008. Its name has been equivalent to quality and trust thanks to the professional dedicated staff, personnel and management, who are always updating their know-how by attending regional and international conferences, as well as the sophisticated and comprehensive laboratory run by an experienced and trained  specialist. Its strategic objectives are to pursue its quality production and to maintain its market share and increase it by identifying high value added niche markets, where it has a definite competitive advantage over the competition.

Production Lines

Dora Mills has 3 production lines:


  •  Arabic bread flour, capacity 200T/day.

  •  Extra & super extra flour for American and European types of breads and pastries, capacity 100T/day.

  • Corn Line, producing corn grits, corn flour, corn germs, capacity 75T/day.

In recent years the company has invested in plant and equipment and also has introduced (the first to do so in Lebanon) bulk delivery of flour to its customers.


Since its expansion and equipment upgrade, the company has focused on delivering consistent and the best quality products to its customers. The company has decided to focus on niche industrial institutions. The company also prides itself in having a state of the art lab and R&D facilities to cater to its customer needs and ensure a superior quality of products and excellent after sales service.    




As part of its ongoing commitment to excellence, Dora Flour Mills is committed to supplying the highest quality consumer of wheat and corn flour and derivatives to all the company’s business areas.
